Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 banana (peel before freezing)
  • 3 tablespoons chunky or smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk or soy milk


  1. Freeze the fruit first to make a thicker, more flavorful smoothie.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Serves 1.
