Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 banana (peel before freezing)
- 3 tablespoons chunky or smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup milk or soy milk
- Freeze the fruit first to make a thicker, more flavorful smoothie.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
