Cinnamon Apple Smoothie


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Handful of ice cubes


  1. Wash and peel apple. Remove seeds, and cut into cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend for one minute.

Yield: 1 serving
