Go Bananas Foster


  • 3 ounces Half-and-Half
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce spiced rum
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Fresh banana slice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined and frothy.
  2. Pour into a hurricane or other tulip shaped glass. Garnish with a fresh banana slice.

Yield: one beverage
