Raspberry Yogurt Smoothies
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) carton lemon yogurt
- In blender container, combine raspberries and sugar. Cover; blend until
raspberries are crushed.
- Add milk and yogurt; blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 2 (1 cup) servings.
