Raspberry Yogurt Smoothies


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton lemon yogurt


  1. In blender container, combine raspberries and sugar. Cover; blend until raspberries are crushed.
  2. Add milk and yogurt; blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 (1 cup) servings.
