Sherbet Smoothies
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pints lemon sherbet, softened
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups frozen fruit, such as peaches, blueberries or raspberries
Instructions
- In blender or smoothie machine, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
