Sherbet Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 pints lemon sherbet, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups frozen fruit, such as peaches, blueberries or raspberries

Instructions

  1. In blender or smoothie machine, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
