Avocado Pineapple Boba Tea

Yield: 2 (12 ounce) servings

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup fresh ripe pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup strong brew black or green tea, chilled
  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup boba tapioca balls, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place avocado, pineapple, brewed tea and milk in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Layer boba balls, ice and avocado tea in two large glasses. Sweeten with honey to taste, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
