4 to 4 1/2 cups water
12 whole cloves
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 regular tea bags
1 (12 ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
Bring water, cloves, cinnamon sticks and sugar to boil in a pan. Pour over tea bags; cover and steep for 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in concentrate.
Chill and serve.
