Sweet Lemon Infused Green Spiced Tea
- 1 cup water
- 1 tea bag organic green tea
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon natural maple syrup or honey, optional
- Boil water in a small saucepan over high heat.
- Add tea bag, ginger, and turmeric to boiling water. Cover and let steep for 2 minutes.
- Strain into a mug and stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Serve hot.
