Sweet Lemon Infused Green Spiced Tea



  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag organic green tea
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon natural maple syrup or honey, optional


  1. Boil water in a small saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add tea bag, ginger, and turmeric to boiling water. Cover and let steep for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain into a mug and stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
  4. Serve hot.
