English Muffin Bread
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons RED STAR Active Dry Yeast
- Have water at 80 degrees F and all other ingredients at room temperature.
Place ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
- Select a basic cycle and medium/normal crust.
- If desired, during the last rising cycle, sprinkle top
of dough with 1 teaspoon cornmeal.
Makes 1 loaf.
