Italian Herb Bread

Ingredients

  • 9 to 11 ounces warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic power
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan.
  2. Select the French bread setting and medium-color crust; press start.

Best made in a 1 1/2- or 2-pound bread machine.
