Jalapeño Bread

Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Select light crust setting.
  2. Cool for one hour before slicing.
