• 1 1/2 cups milk or water
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups 7-grain cereal
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 teaspoons yeast
