Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Put everything in the machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer, lock and load on regular cycle.

Yields a large (1.5 pound) loaf.
