Vanilla Yogurt Raisin Bread



  • 1 cup vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup raisins


  1. Soak the raisins in the vanilla for at least one hour.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in the pan in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer.
  3. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
