Jiffy Loaded Cornbread

Jiffy Loaded Cornbread recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 small can diced jalapenos (optional)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand. Put batter into a Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F 45 minutes.
  3. Turn out of pan immediately.

Notes

This can be baked in a 13 x 9 inch pan also, but it will take a little less time to bake.
