Jiffy Loaded Cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 small can diced jalapenos (optional)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients by hand. Put batter into a Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F 45 minutes.
- Turn out of pan immediately.
Notes
This can be baked in a 13 x 9 inch pan also, but it will take a little less time to bake.
