No Crumble Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Add sour cream.
- Add hot water, then eggs.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
