Red Onion Focaccia

Try this delicious Red Onion Focaccia. It's perfect for any occasion.

Red Onion Focaccia


  • 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, or 6 Texas™ Rolls or 1 Loaf Rhodes™ Bread Dough, thawed to room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning


  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Roll loaf or combined rolls into a 13-inch circle.
  3. Place dough on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.
  4. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove wrap and poke several times with a fork.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan heese.
  7. Arrange sliced onions over cheeses and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Top with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
