Pull-Apart Veggie-Bacon Bread


  • 3 large cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped chives
  • 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Sauté pepper, onion and chives in butter. Cool.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. Mix all ingredients with biscuit quarters.
  4. Pour into ungreased Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
