Three-Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix, milk, Cheddar and Monterey Jack until stiff dough forms.
  2. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.
  3. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter dipped in Bisquick.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
