Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups regular whole milk
  • 3 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the ingredients of both bowls, mixing well.
  5. Pour the blueberries into the batter and use the folding process to prevent crushing the berries.
  6. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 with batter and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the muffins from the muffin tin after they have cooled.
