- 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- Mix ingredients in order given.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 6 to 8 large muffins or 2 dozen small ones.
