Garlic Croutons



  • 3 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 large head garlic


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Roast the garlic head for about 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it set for 10 minutes to cool.
  3. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a large bowl and whisk in the olive oil. Add bread cubes, tossing well to coat.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring once.
