Ice Cream Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups very soft vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix both ingredients together just to moisten. Spread evenly in a sprayed loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
