Never Fail Popovers



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Break eggs into bowl. Add milk, flour, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Grease an 8-cup muffin tin.
  3. Divide mixture into 8 parts, and fill tin.
  4. Turn oven heat to 425 degrees F. Put popovers into COLD OVEN.
  5. Bake for 37 minutes without peeking!
