Coconut Cream Pudding Banana Bread
Coconut cream pudding is a delightful addition to banana bread. This has become one of my favorite banana bread recipes.
Prep: 10 min | Bake: 60 min | Yield: 3 loaves
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 2 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Divide batter among 3 loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
