Sour Cream Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mix sugar, egg and sour cream.
- Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into a greased 7 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
