Raspberry Butter



  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries


  1. Soften butter in mixing bowl.
  2. Blend in jam or preserves.
  3. Blend in fresh raspberries.

Makes 60 servings.

Other fruits may be substituted for raspberries, such as mangos, grapes or tangerines.
