Strawberry Butter

Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Refrigerate.
