Sausage Gravy 2



  • 1 package Jimmy Dean sage sausage
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • About 2 cups milk


  1. Brown sausage.
  2. Sprinkle a little flour over the sausage, a spoonful at a time to make a roux (absorb all the oil).
  3. Stir in milk, and keep stirring until gravy is thick.
  4. Serve over hot biscuits.
