Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 package Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- About 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Brown sausage.
- Sprinkle a little flour over the sausage, a spoonful at a time to make a roux (absorb all the oil).
- Stir in milk, and keep stirring until gravy is thick.
- Serve over hot biscuits.
