Method

  1. Brown sausage.
  2. Sprinkle a little flour over the sausage, a spoonful at a time to make a roux (absorb all the oil).
  3. Stir in about a pint of milk, and keep stirring until gravy is thick.
  4. Serve over hot biscuits.
