Blender Breakfast


  • 1 ripe banana, peach, or nectarine, peeled, cut up
  • 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey, sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon natural bran


  1. Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass.
