Breakfast on the Run
Ingredients
- 2 whole FROZEN bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed.
- Garnish with nutmeg.
