Ingredients

  • 2 whole FROZEN bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all in a blender and whirl until pureed.
  2. Garnish with nutmeg.
