Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 rounded tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally until it's thick.
  2. Serve with Tomato Gravy.
