Toast 'n' Eggs

Buttered toast and scrambled eggs in one easy to make dish.

Toast 'n' Eggs recipe

Prep: 5 min | Yield: 1 serving


  • 2 eggs
  • Freshly ground pepper and kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • Butter


  1. Scramble the eggs with plenty of pepper and salt and the tarragon.
  2. Heavily butter the slices of toast, then tear up and place in a serving bowl.
  3. Mix in the scrambled eggs.
  4. Serve immediately.
