Toast 'n' Eggs
Buttered toast and scrambled eggs in one easy to make dish.
Prep: 5 min | Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Freshly ground pepper and kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 2 slices whole grain toast
- Butter
Instructions
- Scramble the eggs with plenty of pepper and salt and the tarragon.
- Heavily butter the slices of toast, then tear up and place in a serving bowl.
- Mix in the scrambled eggs.
- Serve immediately.
