Coconut Praline Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Half-and-Half
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 6 slices bread (your favorite for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar, Half-and-Half, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Toast bread on one side. Spread coconut mixture on untoasted side. Broil until topping is lightly browned - about 3 minutes.
