Coconut Praline Toast
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Half-and-Half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 6 slices bread (your favorite for toasting)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar, Half-and-Half, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toast bread on one side. Spread coconut mixture on untoasted side. Broil until topping is lightly browned - about 3 minutes.
