Coconut Praline Toast

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar, half-and-half, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Toast bread on one side. Spread coconut mixture on untoasted side. Broil until topping is lightly browned - about 3 minutes.

Yield: 3 servings
