French Toast Fingers

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (6.5 ounce) package Stella D'Oro Anisette Toast
- Maple-flavor syrup
Instructions
- Blend eggs, juice and cinnamon in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
- Dip anisette toast into egg mixture.
- Cook in lightly greased skillet for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once.
- Serve immediately with syrup.
