Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) package Stella D'Oro Anisette Toast
  • Maple-flavor syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, juice and cinnamon in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
  2. Dip anisette toast into egg mixture.
  3. Cook in lightly greased skillet for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once.
  4. Serve immediately with syrup.
