Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 apple, chopped
• 1/2 cup Hungry Jack pancake mix
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together in medium-size bowl.
2. Pour batter into frying pan, and cook on both sides until golden brown.
