Caramel Pancake Topping

Yield: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and mix together.
  3. Add water and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. When the mixture comes to a boil, boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
