Caramel Pancake Topping
- 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup water
- Melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add brown sugar and mix together.
- Add water and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. When the mixture comes to a boil, boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Yield: 1/2 cup
