Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- With the back of a spoon, run the cottage cheese through a small sieve.
- Beat the eggs and stir into cheese.
- Beat in the other ingredients.
- Drop by tablespoonsful onto a hot greased griddle.
- Serve with confectioners' sugar or strawberry jam.
