Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat egg, cream and milk together. Add to dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter.
  3. Drop batter from tip of spoon onto hot griddle. Bake for about 3 minutes on each side.
