Cream Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat egg, cream and milk together. Add to dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter.
- Drop batter from tip of spoon onto hot griddle. Bake for about 3 minutes on each side.
