Hot Pancake Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup preserves or marmalade*
Instructions
- Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
- Serve hot over pancakes.
Notes
* Raspberry preserves, apricot preserves, strawberry preserves or orange marmalade.
