Pumpkin Pancakes 2


This is a moist, tender pancake.


  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon.
  2. Add milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  3. Cook on a lightly greased and heated griddle.
