  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until crumbly. Make a well in center. Pour milk in well and stir to form soft dough. Turn onto floured surface. Knead 8-10 times. Roll into rectangle about 1/3 inch thick and 12 inches long (width will vary).

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn upside down onto tray or large sheet of foil.
  4. Glaze: Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with a bit of milk to make thin glaze. Drizzle over tops of cinnamon rolls.
