Raspberry Pancake Sauce



  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves


  1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and raspberry preserves. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
  2. Serve hot over pancakes.
