Get off to a sweet start any morning with these fruity waffles. They’re quick
and easy to make, and are full of fiber and healthy antioxidants.
- 2 cups Del Monte® SunFresh® Tropical Mixed Fruit, drained
- 4 low-fat waffles
- 1 cup sliced banana
- 1/4 cup warm maple syrup
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- Prepare waffles according to package directions. Place 2 on each dish.
- Combine Tropical Medley with banana slices; spoon fruit over waffles. Drizzle
with maple syrup and spoon yogurt over fruit.
