Tropical Waffles

Get off to a sweet start any morning with these fruity waffles. They’re quick and easy to make, and are full of fiber and healthy antioxidants.


  • 2 cups Del Monte® SunFresh® Tropical Mixed Fruit, drained
  • 4 low-fat waffles
  • 1 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup warm maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt


  1. Prepare waffles according to package directions. Place 2 on each dish.
  2. Combine Tropical Medley with banana slices; spoon fruit over waffles. Drizzle with maple syrup and spoon yogurt over fruit.
