Plum Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg or cloves
• 2 (4 3/4 ounce) jars baby food plums
• 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Dump everything into a large bowl and mix well.
2. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for one hour at 350 degrees F.
