Tunnel of Fudge Cake

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 box fudge frosting mix
  • 2 cups chopped nuts


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and frosting mix, then nuts. Do not over-beat. Pour into pan and bake for one hour. The top of the cake should rise and be shiny. Cool.
  3. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
