Midori Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Midori liqueur
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients and press in springform pan.
- Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
- Turn off oven, prop open door, and let cheesecake sit until completely cooled.
- Remove cheesecake from oven, loosen cheesecake from edge of pan and refrigerate until ready to serve.
