No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Filling
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
Crust
- Mix together and press into bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
Filling
- Mix together cream cheese and sugar..
- Dissolve gelatine in cold water, but heat it to dissolve. Add to cheese mixture.
- Add eggnog.
- Cool until just slightly thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping. Pour over Graham cracker crust.
- Chill.
