No-Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) ready-made Graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (4 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping (regular or fat-free)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Slice strawberries and place on paper towels to drain.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in sugar.
  4. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
  6. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with another thin layer of glaze.
  7. Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed strawberries on crust.
  8. Cover with inverted dome and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
  9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
