Philadelphia 3-Step White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 squares Baker's Premium White Baking Chocolate, chopped, divided, or 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 ready-to-use chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 ounces or 9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Stir in 1/3 cup of the white chocolate. Pour into crust.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
